How long does it take to ship my order? 

All products are made at time of order, in order to ensure the best possible quality, Standard production takes 10 + business days (weekends and holidays do not count) to prepare and process.

PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR TRACKING NUMBER TO UPDATE BEFORE CONTACTING US

EVERY ORDER IS A BRAND NEW SET I WILL NOT ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE EVEN IF ITS JUST A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR. 

because we want to make sure every customer gets a brand new and sanitized product we cannot except exchanges, refunds or returns. Once it leaves our warehouse, I can’t guarantee its clean, unused or not damaged ALL SALES FINAL unless we messed up the order

Once your orde is ready you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped please be on the look out for your package we are NOT responsible for any lost or stole packages you have to contact The post office directly. 1-800-ASK-USPS

In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at support@hijadetupadre.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after the 7 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
